New Lightbulbs for Headlights

Im getting someone new bulbs for christmas, they have a 1993 Mustang and the guides say I should get a 9004 or HB1 type bulb. Im clueless as to what kind I should get, I want them to be legal in all states but they need to be BRIGHT. This persons current headlights dont illuminate objects too well. I was thinking of spending around 60-70$ max.

If anyone knows what kind I should get could you please tell me? Maybe even where to order it online, but that isnt exactly necessary.

I have Hyper whites, 9004. They are 80w/100w, defiantly brighter then the stock 45w/65w bulbs. The one's I bought we about $35 for the pair.
