81 regency 98

anyone else have an early 80'sregency 98?
I am trying to sell mine, but having trouble pricing it because of lack of cars to compare it to in my area.
It has a 78 Oldsmobile Toronado 403 engine in it (origionally had a diesel)
It has new black paint, chrome wheels, new stereo and the interior is in good shape.
It also has a new edelbrock intake, valve covers, flowmaster exchaust.
the only thing wrong with it is the differential makes a knocking noise, but does not seem to effect performance.
