rx7 rear lights

how do you paint de rx-7 rear lights with that black tint??

i did mine with orange and red clear paint inside and tamiya smoke paint outside

painting on the outside ey? can u do it all on inside? and is tamiya smoke paint a spray or a bottle? and would normal black work?
