CDROM location for Esteem Wagon

I bought the CDROM addon for the Suzuki Esteem (Clarion) 1999 wagon. Can anyone tell me where the dealer location would be for it's placement? Is it under the passenger seat? Any existing wiring locations or do I have to pull out center paneling?
