radio wiring question

hey guys, my problem is that one or more of my radio wires are disconnected. my mp3 deck will not power on and i KNOW that it is hooked up correctly. so i am wondering where i should run wires to because i am just going to redo the wiring for it. i dont know where to hook the power wires up into the cars electrical system, any help is appreciated. thanks'
