Red Carbon Fiber Hood???

Does anyone have any pictures of a red carbon fiber hood? Even better if it was on a 99 red si. I ordered one and wanted to see some pictures of it before it gets here. Thanx

yeah, I agree, I don't have any pics, but they are so sweet looking, get some pics up when you do get it though :)

They are making the hood right now and ship it off tomorrow and the guy said it takes 2-4 days to get here so hopefully Friday I will have some pictures up. Does anyone know if I have to remove the old gaskets and rubber stops from the old hood and is it hard to remove the clips on the front? I hope that the hood looks sweet. I will definately get pictures up when it gets on. Maybe I'll send some to diferent web sites and my car will be on there :D :D :D :D :D

0h wow, what kinda red? Milano red? I would buy one for sure. I got a red civic '95 and would love to have one. I was like "no not a black hood" but red would blend quite nicely. What advantages other than weight is there to getting a carbon fiber hood and how much do they cost? also can you put it on yourself or should I have it put on by a pro?

Wow you guys didnt know that? Hehehe, I will try and find some time today to TRY and get Fiber Images to send me some damn prices... They dont respond to faxes for crap, im gonna keep callin till they look at my damn paperwork and send me prices :devil:

They also make them blue and I think the other color was white but I don't remember. It costs about $400 to $500 + another $150 to get a colored one.

Sicne I work at a local import shop I got it for a good price. They quoted me $450 plus $100 for shipping and the business I work for adds 10%. So I got my hood for about 550 cause we bought 2 hoods and split the shipping cost. I can't wait til it gets here.
