2001 Headrest removal

Can someone tell me how to remove passenger seat headrest on 2001 Suburban. Thanks

Raise the head restraint (1) to the full up position.
Insert a paper clip or a similar tool in the hole at the side edges of the head restraint retainers.
Press in on the tool in order to release the retainer clips (2).
Lift the head restraint from the retainers.
Installation Procedure




Install the head restraint (1) into the retainers.
Push the head restraint to the full down position.
Pull up in order to ensure that the head restraint engages with the head restraint retainers (2).
