grand prix problems

hi everybody. i hope someone can help me with my pontiac. i have a 1988 grand prix 2.8 multi port f.i. i am trying to change the spark plugs but can't figure out how to get them out,don't laugh. i have been a mechanic for a long time but these newer cars sometimes get me stumped. thanks for the help. bigwill840 :rofl:
