i have a 98 concorde, i am putting in a remote start(commando 2200) . according to the wiring diagram it has no security, (which i am not sure about) which calls for a grey key if it did,(the key is not grey) but it has a flashing light on the dashboard when locked, and if i open the door from the insidethe lights flash and the horn goes off?? i hooked up the remote and tried it. it started and ran, great, i shut it off and tried it again but this time i open the door from the inside, the car died and the horn and lights went off. I pushed the unlock button to to stop the horn and lights. I went to start it again and it would try to start , but quitdid this 3 times. there is a wire from the remote to hook up to factory disarm wire(-) will this work?? when the car died i tried to start it back up, but it will not start now, not even with the key any suggestions.I disconnected the battery, still nothing let it sit over night nothing. It will not start. There must be something I need to reset. Help

Yep, you have a disarm wire lt. green/orange in the drivers kick panel that needs to see + to disarm. As long as you disarm the factory alarm, it should let you start it. I haven't heard of those locking you out like the newer Sentury key systems.

I had to disconnect and reconnect the black control module. fixed Now the car starts fine, but when the alarm is activated and you try to start the car the lights flash and horn honk and it will not start. I connected the factory disarm wire from remote to the green/orange wire nothing happens. Two things either I have the wrong wire or I need to hook up a relay and I am lost their. the wiring diagram I have reads lt.green/orange, polarity postive

Yep, you just said what your problem is. You need to use a relay and change that (-) pulse to a (+) one. Get a relay and hook it as follows...
#85-to alarm disarm of remote start.
#86-to 12v constant source.
#30-to 12v constant source.
#87-to alarm disarm wire in vehicle.
#87a-is not used.

This will change the output from the starter to 12v instead of negative.
