Angel Eye Headlights

My first post on this forum:

Probably been asked before, but, how do you install angel eye projectors? The markings on the glass say H1,H3- does this mean I have to convert the lighting system to HID? The boxes shipped with no instructions inside and no markings on the boxes. This is the way the local shop handed them to me and now they want 50 dollars to install. Okay, I may be new to all this so give me a break.
