Lack of heat in a '93

When I bought my Explorer in Sept., there was little heat com
ming out. The air was reasonably hot but there was not much flow. The blower motor died so I replaced it. Now there is more flow but at -20c, the interior never warms up.
I flushed the system, replaced the t-stat and rad cap. Now the heat is HOT, but still has little air flow.
Any ideas as to what may be the problem? I checked the arm that moved the airflow door and it seems to be working correctly. The temps get down to -40c here so I need to fix it fast.
Thanks

:eek7: Have you checked to see if there is something in the ducts (i.e. a mouse nest)?

You bet. There are no obstructions in the ducting.
It is the only Ford I have owned with lousy heat.
