Damn people blowin up my celly

i have this one phone number that calls my phone at least one time every damn day. there are a couple of idiots i swore i would never pick up the phone for again(freeloadin', ride needin leaches) and it could be either one of them. i make it a habit not to pick up phone numbers i don't know, if they leave a Voicemail i'll call them back.

anyway. is there a place i can put in the phone number and get a name or address. like a reverse phonebook?
