Window problem in 97 Century

The rear passanger window won't go down in my 97 Century. The window lock is not on and all the other windows operate like they should. If anyone can help me out with this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I have had a similar problem with my 97 century. When you depress the window button, do you hear the motor operating? If yes, then you probably have a bad window regulator. When i opened up the door panel and inspected my regulator, it was a mess. If you don't hear the motor, then the trouble may be in the wiring somewhere.
