Thanks for the kind words about my work, I appreciate it!
I've been lurking here for awhile now and I am also impressed with some of the work I've seen displayed here.
Thanks again!

Yep. This guy can make models but not websites...
Yeah, models are my strongpoint not websites!
I use the available free space on my account so I am limited by what I can do. It's just more of a way to display my work than an actual, "professional" website. I'm sorry it's not up to what you think a website should be, but it works for me, gets me my customers and gives fellow modelers some ideas.
So maybe some CONSTRUCTIVE critisim about the site other than a generic "This guy can make models but not websites" comment?
What don't you like? I'm not a web-pro but if someone has a suggestion as to what may work better, I'm open minded.........

Welcome to AF Dave.
The website looks fine to me! Everything works when clicked. What more could you ask for?
Don't take offense to the comments of a builder of 2 models.
I hope you stick around and share some more of your models and techniques.

Thanks for the welcome, Matt!
Actually, I wasn't offended by the comment about my site, just curious as to why he didn't like it? Like I said, I'm open for suggesstions but I'm limited by what I can do. I am NOT a web pro by any means!
But I remember when I was almost 19 years old, too and knew everything! LOL!

Wondered if you were lurking. Have been watching your models for inspiration for the last 2 or 3 years and awesome. Your models were a big help in persuading me to get back into car modelling myself. Just wish I had more time to do what I want to do but with the ball and chain etc well you know.
Love the Revell Honda SI. Best build of this kit I have seen yet. Just my opinion guys!
As for the web site, there is nothing wrong with it. Liked the old one ,like this one. We are guests to look at your models nothing else.
It would be like going to your home to see your models and criticizing the house so just ignore them.
Regards
Tony Growden
Looking forward to your next great build

Some very nice stuff!
The Show winning 37 Ford is gorgeous!
Always wanted to do a street rod but I don't have time to do all the Supercars and Imports I want, let alone another class!
Well done though, great collection!

Wow.
Tony, your comments humble me.
I am ALWAYS ready to help ANY fellow modeler who asks for tips, hints, etc. I have NO secrets!
I'm also very flattered that my builds helped to inspire your return to the hobby!!
I have finished a couple of projects that are not on the site:
a 1968 Australian Holden Belmont Panel Van - "semi" pro street ( no wide rear tires, I used the Pegasus big 'n little Hela's ) but there is a street blower set up. Body is a JAYMAR fiberglass resin. It's painted House Of Kolor Limetime Paerl with HOK Sherwood Green tribal flames.
The other is an unusual VW: A 1952 VW Stoll. Resin body from ScaleKraft in South Africa! Painted Pewter gray with subtle "street" details, curbside build.
Hopefully I can get som pic up soon!
Once again your comments well received!!
Dave
