clutch?

ok i am going to buy a new clutch for my 91 si and i was wondering if anyone here had the Centerforce II clutch or the Centerforce Dual Friction. Is one better then the other? What is the diff. between both if any

Unless you're putting out a shitload of power the stock one is fine. I have about 170k on my original clutch and it bites just fine. It may even have another 10k left in it.
