turbo my D16z or b16

I think about putting a turbo's on one of my motors. I am looking towrds turboing the D because I think that it's cheaper. Now I know that I would get more power from the B16 but I want to make it last (meaning I don't want to get internals) I simple won't some backyard boots! What do I need to make it work. The reason why I rather go with the D16z is because if I blow the motor, I can get another(their cheap, I get them for about $480) So any info would help!

im doing a homemade setup to maybe this will help
88-91 crx hf manifold (will fit d16z6)---about 30-50 at a junk yard
eclipse turbo 50-120
eclipse turbo injectors 40-80
eclipse intercooler and bov
vafc (will work on b16 too)
than make your own adaptor plate and piping
and you wont have that much in it and if you blow it up some of the parts will work for your b16
im not boosting over 7 psi just to be safe on stock internals try www.homemadeturbo.com great info
