What do you consider to be the Ideal engine in terms of performance upgrades and monster horse-power numbers?

Lol
The ideal engine would be a f20 from the s2000 mounted on a HB making it rearwheel drive and superchaging it.

More ideal, a k20a2 turbocharged on a hatchback.

b20b built bottom end to be bullet proof with correct crank, rods, and low compression pistons to get perfect rod/stroke ratio all topped off with a b16b head and intake manifold and massive turbo

How 'bout an H22A fully bullet proof, resleeved with a T4 and running about 25- 30 lbs. of boost ? Think it can be done?

Just wanted to know if anyone had a good engine idea they wanted to share.

the problem, is that your question is so broad its not even funny. if you are just going for a randomly awesome engine, go for something insane like the Bugatti W-18, but here on planet earth we'll stick with our lowly b-h-k series engines.

Ok. Ok. I just thought that maybe this was a Honda forum the only thing worth mentioning here is honda. If I was going to ask about every engine in the known universe, I would have asked it else were. So let me rephrase my question for ya. What is your idea of the Ideal HONDA motor. There better.

alright:

a 4th gen 4door civic with the rear doors turned out like wings with two b20 crvtecs mounted on each wing (both of the turboed pushing close to 20 lbs of boost each), they would have big propellers attatched to them. in the engine compartment: the f22 out of the 04 s2000, supercharged pushing around 20lbs of boost. in the trunk: dead hookers (to help attain the perfect 50/50 weight distribution). paul walker gets to ride shotty with a backpack on with 3 Nitrous bottles feeding 300hp shots into all of the engines.

yeah thats right bitches. were talking 3000hp here. honda power. recognize.

there are so many variables with weight, what kind of mods that have been done and what car it is in and what the car is going to be used for, ie drag, street etc. that the ideal enginc changes from car to car so choosing one is kinda inpossible unless details for what is will be used in and for are given

Ah ya, you can't forget Paul Walker. He'll add like 200VHP just sitting there next to you riding shotgun. With him riding in that car, there'll be so much more VHP, no one will be able to touch your car. His fast and furiousness will add mega power to the ride and render your ride king!! LOL...nice creation there.

Good Lord, your sig is friggen huge....I'm thinking the change in your sig has something to do with that thread by redrunner (i think that's his name) in which he talks about his motor dying.

I'd want my 98 civic with a built SPOON b18c5. That'd be gangster. I haven't even really seen it, but I've heard they sell fully built motors now. Slap that sucker in there with a jrsc, and a 100 shot. Cometition, holler back.

F20 from an S2000 in a rear wheel CRX HF (1800 lbs) if it would fit lol

Supercharged, mod the shit out of it, intake/header/exhaust/manifolds/throttle body

And if ur a ricer...put on a strut bar...that increases it by 200HP (it only helps if ur a ricer)

wait, this is OT but are you saying that a strut bar is rice? of course it does not add HP but thats not why it is there.
