AMG 55's

Heard from the sales department today there are talks of AMG slk and c 55's. I'm told it's the same engine that's in the E55. BUT I'm not sure if it's the 210 (old e w/ nauturaly asperated) or 211 (new e w/ supercharged V8). Still has to be pretty fun to drive either way. Just something for all you go fast horspower junkies.

A C55?!?!?!? :boink: I've seen a couple W202's on the internet with engine swaps but haven't heard of them being from factory.

I believe Renn-Tech or Brabus offered that option. But this is a factory produced car if it's put on the market. I tried to find more info @ work but can't come up with anything.

I've also read stuff about this before, C-class and SLK with V8 5.4L engine. But I think it'll come with a n/a engine, like the one in the CLK

That's what I'm guessing. The supercharged v8 is almost to much for the 211. I would guess the power is a little more than the AMG 32's but with more torque.

Ya the new slk amg and c amg will have the N/A 5.4 V8
