radiator coolant leak

I have a coolant leak where the transmission lines connect to the radiator. Is there an "o" ring behind the mating part of the radiator?
The radiator is plastic and I'm not sure what seals the metal threaded part off from the radiator? If it does have an "o" ring, what size are they?
