One of my remote controls no longer works due to extended battery removal. As far as I know it is possible to program one remote control from the other.
Does anyone know how to do it please.

I think you should be able to re-program your original remote. Here is a webpage on how to do it for both rs3200 remotes and keyless entry. :)
