roof rack

Ok I've decided on getting a Surco Safari Roof Rack. I have a 2000 4runner, but I can't decide on what size the rack needs to be. There are so many different options.

S4050-40" x 50"
S4550-45" x 50"
S5050-50" x 50"
S4060-40" x 60"
S4560-45" x 60"
S5060-50" x 60"
S5084-50" x 84"
S8036-80" x 36"
S8072-80" x 72"
S80100-80" x 100"

i like when the basket fills the top of the roof. i'd measure the width of your roof and from the back of the front doors to the back.
