My fuse keeps blowing!!!!!

I have a 96 v6-bird and I enjoy it. Recently it started popping the fuse labeled IP Dimmer. I replaced it and it was fine. I have gone through over 10 now and they blow as soon as I put one in and turn on my parking or headlights. I miss the red glow that my gauges gave off, and more than that, I have a really hard time driving at night because I can't see anything on the panel. The headlight, seatbelt, low oil/trac, ect work, but the dials dont glow because the fuse keeps blowing! Does anyone have any suggestions??????????
