Hey,
I am in the process of replacing my factory CD player and adding on a new deck and CD changer...
what r some tips to easily remove the deck and save me some time and frustration?
as well, if i want to install the changer inside the vehicle and not in the trunk, what is the best way to go about this?
thanks

first off, buy a wiring harness, make sure it connects right to the factory plug in the car then, SODDER the wires from the wiring harness to the wires on the non factory radio harness. you can do this in the house, so it is less than a hassle of cutting wires and soddering in the car. tape up the connections. the harness should snap in to the factory connector, and then plug in the radio end in to the radio. easy as pie. then securly make a mount for the new radio, and of course do something i didnt do quite right, bolt the back of the radio onto thick metal cable and attach the other end of cable to metal in car, dont make this very long, as if the back of the radio sticks out far enough a good pair of metal shears will tear out that in no time. as for the changer, mount it to strong thick metal somewhere so it cant be pried out and mount it in a non viewable location. make sure the controller wires are long enough to reach location (since many mount in trunk, most will be long enough for anywere. and thats all that i have time to type, so i hope this helps
