H22 Need Help With Jdm Distributor

I have a 99 Prelude - that i just put in a obd1 motor in but im running an obd2 computer and i changed out all sensors except for the distributor because im using a JDM OBD2 P72 ECU and it looks for the TDC sensor and the CKP sensor on the distributor and not on the crank like the USDM models - my question is that the 4 wires that once went to those sensors at the crank need to go into my distributor and i dont know the wiring color code for either - can anyone shed some light on this subject????
