94 gsr valve gap????

can anyone help me with the factory valve gap setting on a 1994 gsr? and also is there a recommended gap for racing the engine other then stock that might help?
also in neutral or when clutch is engaged should the vtech cams engage or is there a limiter that stops them from engaging?
