neonlights

I wondered to know if it is legal to put outside neons in a car.
I`ll be happy if someone could help me.

It's illegal to drive on the street with them, you can have them on all you want as long as you're parked.

Where I am from, they aren't illegal...or else they are not enforced. The only way in my state for any type of lights on the car to be illegal are ANY red lights...blues are legal only in some parts of the car. I have green neons on my 95 T-bird..haven't been stopped yet.

where i live its only legal to have white or yellow lights on the outside of your car even in parking lots i always thought you could use whatever color you wanted in offroad around here but me and a friend where in a car show and he had blue neons under his truck and a cop came in the parking lot and told him to turn them off or he was getting a ticket. how stupid huh?

are u serious, neon lights under the chassis are illegal?!?! the f*ck, they look awesome, thats one of the dumbest laws they made, why would it be illegal to have lights under your car?
