eclipse air intake installation

hi i was just wondering how to install an air intake for an 99 eclipse nt. i personally installed mine in my 240 but in his car i cannot seem to find where the pipe for the smaller hole goes. could someone give me full instruction with on how to do this. a website with pics and a step by step walkthrough would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
