Hey sorry for a stupid question, but wht is a CVTC? Does it basically work like Honday's VTEC? I feel stupid but it would be a lot of help if someone will tell me, thanks!

continuously variable timing control

It adjusts the timing of the motor as you drive (advancing it or retarding it as it wishes), it's nothing like VTEC. Nissan's Neo VVL is like VTEC but better, but it's only on the ve series engines (sr16ve, sr20ve, etc) found in japan.

Well what does the CVTC help as far as when it comes to racing compared to a car that doesn't have it?

it can give it a little more power up top if the ECU decides to advance the timing, and it can help with lowend power too

I say just get a SAFCII and control the air/fuel ratio, I think it's safer

The Apex'I Super Air Fuel Controller (SAFC) normally runs about $350, but the cheapest you can find is on ebay on Powergarage, they sell it for $260 plus s/h. It's basically a piggy back computer that over rides your originaly A/F ratio that your ECU already has programmed. You need some wiring knowledge to wire it together, then install it wherever you want. Then you'll have to take it to a dynoshop and have it dyno tuned. It has proven to add around 8whp on the specv

is the ecu that is sold from Jim wolf technology already performanced or stock ??? should i just buy the jwt one and then put the apexi controller on it ?

wait...what do you drive? Cuz as far as I know, JWT havn't cracked the ECU coding for the B15 Sentras. But if you got an earlier model, go with the chip, I'm not sure if a SAFC would still do anything after that though, unless ur going FI

Ohh alright, well yeah get the ECU from JWT, but if you go FI (Forced Induction), you should have a SAFC anyway. If you wanna get more information on our cars, go to www.thevboard.com or www.b15sentra.net Lots of good info.
