Need a Performance Exhaust

My Borla exhaust is shot and has corroded through and sounds like garbage so I decided to put a performance exhaust in. My question is which one. I have read about tri-flow, supersprint, and remus. So far I am leaning toward the tri-flow because it is supposed to give the biggest hp gain and it sounds the nicest and is loud. I am also going to install it myself so does anyone have any suggestions or tips on installing an exhaust system. And also which would be the best system to go with?
