ok here's the thing. everytime i peel out (going straight or around corners doesn't matter) the car doesn't spin the tires smoothly. instead the entire car vibrates and it sounds really bad, makes me look like an ass, and is very harsh on the car. if anyone knows how i could fix this please tell me.

This is just a guess, but it may be incurable. The only cars that are designed to peel are dragsters (which have a functional use for it- burnouts, which coat the track surface with rubber so that when the car launches for actual event it has more traction).
Street cars are not designed to peel, and because of this some are better at it than others. The problem may well be that your car doesn't have enough power to do an impressive job of it. You didn't tell us what kind of car you have, so maybe that would help us figure it out. A better descri[tion of the vibrational characteristics will help too.
Keep in mind though that peeling out is not good for your car. You'll wear your tires and clutch faster, as well as a few internal bearings. I don't mean to sound like an old fuddy-duddy here, but unless you've got a big budget for that stuff, it's worth considering.
