hey guys... does anyone know if i could just take the ball bearing out of the rear thing with 4 studs? the rear driver side went out.. replaced it with a new one.. now the rear passenger is loud and i'm wondering if its possible to just replace the bearings.

I really dont think that you can replace just the bearing. Its a sealed bearing and Im almost positive that its impossible or nearly impossible to take them out. Since no one has replied I figured Id throw that in but my advice is to get a new hub.

:iagree: You need to replace the whole rear hub.

i agree, get a hub bearing assembly, I bought one at NAPA for like 90 bucks.

its funny cuz when people are in my car.. they go wow.. your exhaust is loud. what do u have on? hahah but i'm stock. the one i replaced on my driver side was an oem honda one for just over 100. and thats expensive.. i see a lot of them at the junkyard. is it possible to install used ones? do they fail around 140k miles? because that's what happened to me.

The problem with a junkyard bearing is that moisture builds up in the housing and can cause damage and they have thousands of miles on them. It's alot of work to replace bearings, get a new one and do the job once.
