A/T Fluid Capacity

Ok, no flaming, I did several searches and although I know this has probably been discussed I couldn't find it.

What is the capacity of the Auto Transmission? I just passed 30k and I am going to change out all of the fluids (t-case, front/rear diffs) with full synthetic.

all the fluid capacity stuff is in the owners manual.

I assume you are talking about flushing the A/T and refilling.

It took 17 quarts of Mobil 1 when I had mine done.
Might vary a quart either way depending upon the flush. (IMHO)

System holds 9 quarts, but about double that amount is needed to chase the old fluid out and refill if you get it flushed.

Actually all the capacities are listed EXCEPT for the transmission. At least in my manual...
