I got a 98 SL and was wonderin if any1 out there know wats da 1/4 mile on it?? lemme know

uh, i think there was already a thread like this, anywho, mine is a stock '94 SL, and it ran an "estimated" 15.6, i say estimated cause it wasn't at the track, a friend had a tazo, and we used that. which makes me wonder, how acurate are those things?

You can do better than 15.6 in a stock 3000GT SL.

yeah, i figured i could do better, this was when i first got it a month ago, and standard was a bit new to me. it's just my start, i would punch it to hard and my tires could spin all the way through third. should my times be in the low 15s or high 14s then?

I think you should be able to get low 15s on a regular basis.

wow, i thought they were a lot slower than that. i've seen eclipses smoke sl's. and when i test drove it was very slow imo, but then again i was in a auto
