Mine has a stock 3.5hp briggs on it and it does 42 I bet that thing does 60+ not that you would ever get that fast with out hitting a pebble and be thrown over the bars. Air in the tires of mine.

looks to me as if it has a wheely bar in the back, and if all that shit on there really works, then you'll just be ridin on that the whole time so i don't even think the front wheels would have to work =P
