Why can't I save pictures?

Lately I haven't been able to save pictures off the internet. Is it just my computer or is there some copyright thing going on here? It saves 1KB of something and I can't open it. Tried it on my brother comp and the same thing happens. What the hell is going on?

Use Netscape 7.1 most of the time. Sometime IE, but the same thing happens in both programs.

The only thing I can suggest is go to Internet Options, General tab, go to the Temporary Internet Files and click delete files. Don't know if it will help anything, but its worth a shot.

Does this happend on a particular site, or does it perform to virtually all sites? Also when you tested this on your brothers computer, did you test under the same parameters?

Mainly the first paragraph should eliminate alot of stuff, but does your brother's pc same the same configuration (hardware and software wise)?

More info would allow us to eliminate other potentional and get to the source of the problem.
