Is it an aftermarket keyless setup? Also check your fuses if you haven't already. Your keyless quit working when you put your radio in?

The only way to retain the factory KE function in that car is to retain the stock HU. There is plenty of room beneath the HU location to bury the old one.

Just leave the stock harnesses plugged into the OEM HU. Tap into those wires for 12V+, sw.ign., ground, and ill. Cut the 8 speaker leads from the OEM harness and solder/splice them together with the 8 speaker leads from you aftermarket HU. Your OEM KE should function normally. I recall having to tape a piece of cardboard over the display of the OEM HU to keep it from casting an ugly glow from behind the dash.

much easier way...instead of plugging your factory unit back in and leaving it sit behind your dash, look for the "GREEN" plug that you unhooked originally from the head unit. Pull it out as far as you can to access the wires. Look for 2 wires: red/green and green/black....splice these two wires together and it should work. Although i'm not sure if it fixes the keyless entry, i bet it does, but I haven't tried, since my car didnt have it. It does for sure fix the dome light problem.
