cold start - tps?

Hello, I have a 1983 Celebrity, 2.5, 3 speed auto tran., throttle body fuel injection. My celeb has a cold start problem. When you go to start it in the morning, it takes 15+ attemps to get it started. It'll start out with nothing, just turning over, then, it'll catch once, but still nothing, eventually it will work its way up to idling for a few seconds, then dying, then eventually starting. Throughout the day, it starts back up time, if I leave it for a few hours and come back, it gets harder to start, and so on. When it's warmed up, it runs and starts fine. I've replaced the plug wires, plugs, distr. cap and rotor, pcv valve, fuel filter, and coolant sensor. I've also cleaned out the throttle body (including idle speed motor) and ran sea foam through it. The fuel pump and injector appear fine, with no varnishing. When checking the computer, it showed a 14 and 22, which is coolant sensor and throttle position sensor (tps). The coolant sensor has since been replaced, but I haven't tested the tps, the manual isn't completely clear(though neither is my intelligence) about testing it. The tps is the only thing I can think of now that could be causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Jonathan
