2 Problems
1-Climate control blows cold air. One mechanic said that a wiring harness was hold some flap open, thought it was fixed, but it is not. Anyone able to confirm, or comment?
2-Heated Seats worked last season, but not now. The indicator lights light up, but no heat. Anyone able to comment?

I would bet that your heated seat have a bad heating element you can buy just the element for most cars now it is a lot cheaper than buying the whole seat cover.
On your temp problem is your coolant full? If it is than you might have a bad temp mode door actuator.

what is a temp mode door actuator? Have an 85 Electra Park Ave - blows cold air. flushed and filled. replaced thermostat, water pump, blew out the hoses and the heater core - where is this actuator?
