B16 or B18c1 w/ Vortech SC

i posted this in the FA section also... but anyway. Is anybody currently running a GSR (B18C1) or Si (B16) engine with a Vortech supercharger with cooler? I'm currently planning on building up a 94 civic hatchback with one of these motors and the V charger. I just want to hear some feedback from experienced people.
How is the power delivery? How much lag is there? (I know it's a SC but I've heard that there is a slight lag up to 2k rpm) How smooth is the boost? etc...

there is a bit of lag with the Vortech supercharger becauses it's a centrifugal supercharger unlike the JRSC's roots type superchargers. They're both crank driven, but the Vortech one acts a lot like a turbo in that it has to build up boost.

Good luck with everything, either motor you go with should be pretty fast by the time you're done with it.
