2001 M5 silver/black, 21,500 miles, 1 owner, Damn sweet, perfect condition, i swear i saw brand new out of show room compared to mine, i couldn't tell the difference!
I wanted it before I become too old :)...
I have had these before
2000 S2000, bought in 2000, crashed and sold it
2000 Land cruiser, drove it a year sold it
1999 328 I..beautiful fun car, HD Rox
2000 528i, trying to sell it still
2000 Lexus Rx300 , trying to sell it still
2001 Accord I will keep this so I don't have to drive my M5 everywher, in the rain, snow, sleet, to downtown, blah blah..
My M5 is missing the DVD navigation disk, only has 1 key, and missing the owner's manual.....can you burn the DVD?

How much did you pay? I've been looking for one myself. :D
Silver and black like yours... my other two BMW's are in Titanium as well.
I was going to wait for the new one. But, the way BMW's been pricing their cars lately, I don't think I can afford it... And, the new design... :screwy:

Very good choice!
Keep the Honda for everyday-use, it's a shame to use the M5 in everyday conditions. it's a fun car and perhaps the quickest limo with sports-car qualities.
Also for the people looking for a M5. Check the produktiondate! Car till 03/01 used to consume too much engine oil. Many of them had engine failures and had a new engine or a new motorblock("small block")
At 03-04/01 there was a motorrevision. The new ones had new cylinders, new motorblock and new Oils were used. Castol TWS 10W40
The prices in germany for a 2001 modell with 30-50tkm are about 35-50k€

I might be joining the M5 family pretty soon too. Currently own an E36 318is, Black on Black, Manual Tranny. Love it! I want to get the last of Non-Bangle BMW, thus shopping for an E39 M5 or E39 530i 1998 or up. I checked a few deals where I can get an M5 with about 50-60K miles on it, for $30K-35K USD with a trade in of my 318is. Seems like a good deal. But I want to keep my E36 (We got a good history together, it's a mutual respect thing, LOL) so, might end up getting a 530i, so that my ol' girl can stay home.
Enjoy your M5 man, you are one of the lucky ones.
