what did I screw up??

ok, i was driving along tonight, went over the train tracks at 60 km/h back end felt like it got a bit of air and i heard my system go flying, the subs sound terible now, if i hook both up, they sit there and bump but its not going with the music, when i turn my stereo on and off if makes a loud thump and i dunno what i fucked up, anyone have any ideas?? lemme know :)

you might have messed up your ground. That might explain the thump your getting when you turn it on and off.

hmm maybe, i'll check that, its weird tho cuz with both subs it'll thump at the same pace at the same tone whether the music is turned up or not

yeh dude it sounds like ur grounds not hooked up properely or ur power cables are touching something and groundiung out. or u blew ur subs....

i dunno what happened but i hooked my old amp back up and it works fine now, no warning light came on on the other amp tho so i dont know
