4 wheel drive crx???

this may sound like a dumb question but im here at work bored so...

does anybody here know if the engine in a 4whl drive crv sits transverse and if it does if the tranny will fit in the crx.
isnt b20 the engine code for the crv??

me and a buddy were thinking of converting his crx to 4wd, (he has a line on a company willing to prototype the driveshaft), and taking it ice racing in some league on lake erie
if anyone has any info let me know??

its been done....I'd post the address to his webpage...but Im real lazy....Ive assisted in the 4wd conversion on the Hatch....as a few of you know I was workin on it last year.

The engine sits transverse, other than that GOOD LUCK! If I were to go through all that BS converting a CRX to AWD, I would at least use a real AWD system not come CRV crap.
