Looks like a purge valve for his N2O setup.

i wouldnt recommend getting nitrous so you can spray it into the air... have fun

ok i had an idea it was the nos, but how does he shoot it out to the air outside the hood? does it have to be a specific hood or something? and how does he point it out?

he has holes in his hood.. look at the pictures. you cant get nitrous to go through a solid hood.. you cant throw an egg through a brick wall (sometimes you can :) nozzles.

Don't get all in a tizzy about that purge. It's just a part that you can buy that vents the lines of air so that you get a clean shot of gas. it's a valve with a small metal tube leading from it. If i ever run gas i would put one in the car so you can get that nice dentist chair effect before you scoot.
