Signal Relay continues to tick

My 1998 Jimmy's signal light relay continues to tick most of the time, except when I touch the brake. I'm looking for a way to fix it for good and could use some help.

there is a recall on the turnsignal switches take it to the dealer.have them run the v.i.n for recalls.
