is the gl the equivilant to the gsr?

cuz if so...here goes...

the gsr comes w/ the b18c1, compared to b18c5 in the type r (the b18c5 is simply the b18c1 w/ p&p b16 head and all sorts of other internal goodies.)

power differences: b18c1=170hp/128trq, b18c5=195hp/130trq.

exterior differences: bigger wing on the type r, shaved side moldings, type r front lip, stickers of course and the 5 lug 15 in rims. also, the type r came in championship white and pho. yellow where the gsr never did.

interior: no sun-roof for the type r and no cruise control. came w/ recaro seats instead of leather, and has a carbon fiber gauge cluster as well as insturment column (middle area.) type r floor mats (jus say type r w/ red trim basically) and of course the type r shift knob/boot.

those are the basic differences.

EDIT: also, the type r came w/ stock 2 1/4 in piping and a different styled muffler and the side skirts are painted to match.

Nicer side skirts too on the ITR, well some of them anyways. Man I need some ITR doors so i don't have to shave my molding lol.

How many times do you think the difference between the models has been explained? just in the last few months...

That was pretty good. Never seen one so detailed. Type R, like he said, if you can afford it, you should get it. Very nice car.
