I have a 1996 chevy cavalier with a 2.2L engine and I had the radiator flushed. It is now air bound. How do I bleed the air from it?

take of the rad cap, let it run, and it all the air should work out of the system

The trick that I have discovered when replacing thermostats, is to drill an 1/8" hole in it next to where it contacts the seal (or gasket). There is no need to have to wait for the t.stat to open to release all the air. It comes out through the hole.
Some cars have bleeder screws that you crack open to release air also.
Something else you might want to do is use distilled water w/the antifreeze when you fill the system. Also add a bottle of "Wix-Cool" addative when you fill it up too.
