Welcome to the Forum! As for adjusting the headlights, if the owner's manual doesn't have a section on it then you need to have it done at a vehicle inspection station. I have not needed to adjust my headlights as they were correct from the factory. Some of the things they should be done for a correct adjustment include having at least a half tank of fuel on board, someone should be sitting in the driver's seat to provide the approximate weight of a driver and the vehicle should be about 25 feet from the aiming board. You have to measure the distance from the ground to the center of the headlight and from the center of the vehicle to the center of the headlight. With these two measurements you could fashion your own aiming board. It's hard to explain here. If you think the lights are off (people flashing you all the time or you don't see very far down a dark road) take it to an inspection station for proper alignment. Your lights should have been checked during the last inspection. If the "inspector" did a halfa** job they could be off.
Hope this is of some help.
