Hey everyone. Here's a fujimi Trueno Coupe that I was going to make just like my 1:1 car but decided not to. Nothing special about this car, I actually think it sucks. Mabye next time I will make my car.
Thanks for looking.

Nice work, can I ask if I may why is it that the front wheels are different from the rear wheels. This is not in any way derrogatory towards you I really want to know why.

Thanks for the props guys. My 1:1 car is stock, but I should have some goodies coming from a friend in Okinawa, Japan real soon. This model was finished months ago, I just didn't like the result. Now I'm thinking of making another one with the 2JZ from TFATF supra. Stay tuned, and again thanx for looking. :icon16:

I was trying to replicate a street drifter. It's not some sort of twisted fashon statement. :lol2:

AAhhh, ok that is why I see guys around with different front and rear wheels, I always was wondering what that was for.

I like it, not only for the color combo, but the subject and the fact that you built it as a regular (more or less) factory car, without widening the fenders and putting tall rims and rubberband tires on it, make it "unique".

Thought of that. Trying to get ahold of HLJ to see if they'll take a check or not for my touge 86. I picked up TFTF Supra at wal-mart yesterday for 9.97. Haven't opened, and wont till I get my touge 86, and build what I wish my car was. BTW, looks nice, like the panda paint, OT: what engine does your car have. Mine has a 1.6 SOHC, exhaust&intake both on the right of the head.

It could also be because they can't afford all four wheels at once. At least, that's the case around here when po' Loosianians try to trick their cars out... for shame...
And what he said, suck hell! That thing totally rocks. I really like the build quality and the different wheels front to back look pretty trick in the end, I think. Great work!

Good build, but that's one ugly car - I don't know who would make or build it when there are so many better and more interesting projects. Nothing personal man, you did a fine job, just not something I would ever do.

I would build this :evillol: It's exactly the sort of thing I'd build. Why? Because it's more interesting to me than an Evo, Scooby, Enzo or any of the other more popular subjects or kits. Beauty is completely subjective. While I would agree that in my opinion it's not a beautiful car, neither is a late model Impreza...but that doesn't stop hoards of other people from liking them and building models of them. Good on 'em..may they continue to do so :iceslolan But I'd rather build a model of some old or obscure Japanese cars, hot rod ...or whatever else takes my fancy at the time.
The bottom line is... if everyone stuck to the most popular cars or the best quality kits... there's wouldn't be much variety here :grinno: Personally I'd like to see more stuff like this ..but that's just my :2cents: :iceslolan
