Use some sort of penetrating spray (wd40 or better). Then use a impact or a really long breaker bar.

Amen.

I hate it when screws and bolts dont come out. It can give me a heart attack sometimes. :banghead:

That stuff won't work on rust, trust me. I helped my friend install an exhaust on his rustbucket and we ended up sawing the old ones off and putting in new bolts. I have an electric saw thought, that made it 10x quicker/easier.

saw the bolts off...chisel (sp) and hammer...good ole fashioned force. my dad always told me that if something couldnt be fixed with a hammer or sawzall, then it didnt need fixed. i questioned him, but im beginning to come around.

Even if it doesn't come loose with the impact gun then it will probably break off anyways. Just try till it comes off, it will happen sooner or later.
