replacing timing belt shadow 89

hi can somebody give me a trick to put back the timing belt on ,knowing my first cylinder is up.there must be a dot or something on the cam weel that i can ajust whit semethig else!

whats the engine specs? is it a 2.2/2.5 l4 crysler motor? if it is.. i can help you.. i just replaced the timing belt on mine aswell..
